Description

Expected behaviour

When the "Restrict users to only share with users in their groups" option is enabled on the server, users should be able to share files with users in their groups.

Actual behaviour

No users are listed that can be shared to.

Steps to reproduce

*) Create a group with at least two users
*) Enable "Restrict users to only share with users in their groups" on the server.
*) Try to share a file to users - the other user in the group will not be listed.
