Description
Expected behaviour
When I integrate the app with the iOS Files, I should be able to edit the file with an external app and save it without issue.
Actual behaviour
If I open or create the file in the external app that support Files (exemple IA Writer), every works well. I can open, edit, save. Come back. change and save again.
It upload properly with the Files that upload to nextcloud.
If I open nextcloud app, and go to the directory I have change, open file, change, and come back, it make Files to loose permission on the directory.
I can't applied change anymore on Files, it is reverted by nextcloud immediatly causing external apps to fail with Autorisation issue.
Steps to reproduce
Use IA Writer
Open a file from nextcloud.
Change it.
Open nextcloud
Go to the directory and open the same file.
Apply change (not mandatory for the failure)
Go back to IA Writer
Try to apply new changes
It will fail with autorisation issue.
As a workaround to make it work again, I need to clear the cache from nextcloud app then the behavior return to normal.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the permission failure using iOS Files, IA Writer, and the Nextcloud app, following the listed steps and testing the cache-clearing workaround. The fix is done when an externally edited file can still be changed and saved after opening it in Nextcloud, without Files reverting it or reporting an authorization error.
