Option to keep the Original Filename when uploading to nextcloud

I use nextcloud primarily for syncing my office documents between my Macbook, iPad Pro and Windows Machine. I use the App CamScanner on my iPad to photograph a document, convert it to a pdf and upload it into my nextcloud account.

Expected behaviour

I set the filename inside CamScanner and upload into my nextcloud account. It should keep the filename exactly as I set it.

Actual behaviour

The Upload dialouge inside the Nextcloud app takes the Original Filename and adds a date, I´m not able to change again the filename or to disable this behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

Open CamScanner, produce a pdf, press the upload button in the right upper corner and choose nextcloud. The Nextcloud upload dialouge opens and the original filename+date appears.

If possible, an option to keep the original filename would really help.

Start by reproducing the CamScanner-to-Nextcloud upload flow described in the issue on iOS. Trace the upload dialogue that adds the date to the original filename, then determine how an option to preserve the original name would fit. Done means the original filename can be kept during upload, with the existing date behavior still available if appropriate.
