Feature request
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using Nextcloud through the iOS Files app, there is no option to invoke downloading files to the local cache. Also, there is no option to ensure a file or folder will always be cached locally.
Describe the solution you'd like
iCloud offers two context menu entries for files and folders: "Download Now" and "Keep Downloaded". The Nextcloud app already offers this, but this should also be available through the Files provider.

Research direction
The issue names no file or test; start by locating the iOS Files provider integration and how the app currently handles local downloads and caching. Compare the existing app behavior with the provider's context-menu capabilities, and consider the work done when files and folders expose both "Download Now" and "Keep Downloaded".
