iPad download Nextcloud Office file as PDF no file extension

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Nextcloud Office File (Collabora Server connected)
2. Download File as PDF
3. Save to iPadOS Files App --> only file name without extension is filled in, hitting "save button" creates a not readable file without extension. Adding manually the .pdf extension saves the file to a normal PDF.

Expected behaviour

Hitting the button "download as PDF should automatically create a PDF

Actual behaviour

File without extension

Start by reproducing the download-as-PDF flow in the iPadOS Files app and inspect the app entry point responsible for saving the downloaded file. Done means the saved PDF receives a .pdf extension automatically and opens as a readable PDF without manual renaming.
