PDFs can't be edited when inside the document

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the PDF, press the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. In the document overview, three dots next to the document -> option to change PDF.

Unfortunately, a customer has reported that since one of the latest updates to the iOS/iPadOS app, it seems that it is no longer possible to edit PDFs or add notes after opening the file. According to the customer, this was still possible until recently, when it was possible to click on a button at the bottom right where “Change” could then be selected. This is the same as when you are outside the document.

Please note: We are IT service providers for the customer in question. I tested the whole thing internally with an iPad. This iPad has the latest iPadOS 26 and Nextcloud 7.1.6.1. The screenshots are also from this device. However, the issue is independent of the version.

Start by reproducing the issue on an iPad using the PDF document overview and the in-document three-dot menu, then trace the PDF editing and note-taking entry point. Done means the Change option is available inside an opened PDF and editing or adding notes works as it does outside the document.
