Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. start large upload/update of pics
  2. wait til finish
  3. take new pics with iPhone
Expected behaviour

pics should be uploaded

Actual behaviour

pics are not uploaded, neither wehen app is in back- nor foreground

Bug, this should be standard behavior.

Nextcloud iOS app version: 7.1.3.10

Server operating system: Ubuntu Server LTS, latest

Web server: AIO standard config

Database: AIO standard config

PHP version: AIO standard config

Nextcloud version: latest AIO, 31.0.8

Reproduce the problem by completing a large photo upload, then taking new photos on iPhone while the app is in the foreground and background. Trace the auto-upload behavior around that transition; the issue is done when newly taken photos upload reliably in both app states after a large upload.
