Steps to reproduce

1. Open ios app
2. Pull down to send the files
3. Watch the upload list

Expected behaviour

Just uploads the files. Beginning new month create a new folder like ever since

To upload files with no hassle

Start by reproducing the upload flow in the iOS app and trace the BGSYNC message showing the folder-creation error (-1000). The report names no source file or test; done means monthly folder creation succeeds and files upload without waiting or errors.
