Steps to reproduce
- Install ios Nextcloud app version 7.0.1 on iPhone 12 mini ios 18.4
- Navigate to Nextcloud app -> Auto Upload: Message that Nextcloud doesn't have permission to access Photo
- Message says to go to Settings -> Apps -> Nextcloud and select photo to provide access. This option does not exist
- Alternative method Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Photos then select Nextcloud to grant access. Apps that request access should show up. Nextcloud does not show up because it did not request access.
- Tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. Same issue. Tried deleting app cache and reseting app, same isse

Nextcloud app reqeust access to Photo Library and grant access.
Actual behaviour
Nextcloud app cannot access the Photo Library. It does not request access and there is no ability to enable or grant access is iPhone settings (both Apps and Privacy & Security
