Audio pitch changes on mp4 playback

Steps to reproduce

1. Play pitch sensitive mp4 video (music or melody clip etc) on nextcloud app
2. Do 10s forward several times
3. Video pitch changes

Expected behavior

Should play video without any pitch changes after doing 10s seek or rewind.

Actual behavior

Pitch changes randomly and dynamically.

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

Not a pleasant experience to have pitch changed every time I seek a video.

PHP version: 8.3

Nextcloud version: 30.0.1

Start by reproducing the issue in the Nextcloud iOS app with a pitch-sensitive MP4, repeatedly using the 10-second forward and rewind controls. Trace the app's video playback and seek handling, then verify that repeated seeking leaves audio pitch unchanged on iOS 18.3.2 with app version 6.5.0.5.
