Description
Feature request
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A person I know is visually impaired and uses Nextcloud application on iOS.
When reading his notes (using text-to-speach), he would like to search for specific key words in a specific file.
Describe the solution you'd like
He would need a search tool within a text file (.txt or .md), that is, after opening the file (and not from the list view).
Describe alternatives you've considered
In the meantime the person uses the application "Nextcloud Notes" that has the research feature, but he says that this second app is less ergonomic for people that are visually impaired.
Additional context
I found the ticket related to the full-text search, which would be useful too, but different as the search would be done over all files.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the iOS viewer or editor for opened .txt and .md files, then trace how its content is presented and how accessibility is handled. Done means users can search within the opened file, rather than from the list view, with the result usable through text-to-speech.
