cannot insert attachment to markdown files (note)

Steps to reproduce

1. create some notes on the desktop website.
2. open the markdown file on nextcloud ios app.
3. try to click the insert attachment button.

Expected behaviour

ios image or file picker should pop up like in safari.

Actual behaviour

nothing happens and cannot select file/image from the device. works fine if i try to add images on the website via safari.

iOS version: e.g. iOS 18.1

Nextcloud iOS app version: 6.2.1.0

Server operating system: ubuntu 22.04

Web server: nginx

Nextcloud version: 30.0.4

Start by reproducing the issue in the Nextcloud iOS app with a Markdown note, using the attachment button and comparing it with Safari. Trace the attachment-picker entry point involved in that flow; done means an iOS image or file picker opens and allows an attachment to be selected.
