When the Nextcloud app freezes completely like in https://github.com/nextcloud/ios/issues/3243 there's no way to activate the app's crash reporter, show its log file or change the log level because these features are buried in the Nextcloud app under "More > Settings > Advanced" if I remember correctly. I call this a can opener in the can...

Also add these 3 features (enable/disable crash report, view log file, change log level) to Apple's Settings app for the Nextcloud app so that they can be used even if the Nextcloud app freezes.

Start by locating the existing crash reporter, log-file view, and log-level controls under More > Settings > Advanced, then inspect how the Nextcloud iOS app exposes settings to Apple's Settings app. Done means all three controls are available there and remain usable when the app freezes.
