Offline Folders don't appear in Apple Files

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a folder available in offline mode in Nextcloud iOS App
2. Connect Nextcloud in Apple Files App
3. Open the folder in Apple Files you made available offline in Nextcloud App. It's empty.

Expected behaviour

The Folder should contain the content of the Folder in Nextcloud.

Actual behaviour

Folder in Apple Files is empty. Just the folder that were selected to be available offline in Nextcloud App

Start by reproducing the issue in the Nextcloud iOS app 6.1.3 on iOS 18.1, following the listed steps and checking the Apple Files integration. The payload names no source files or tests, so the relevant integration entry point and existing coverage must be located first. Done means offline folders opened through Apple Files contain their Nextcloud content.
