New Photos / Videos from camera roll not fully uploading automatically.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the nextcloud iOS app, go to transfers, 300 photos/videos in queue, nothing happens.
2. Leave the app for 2-3 seconds (but not force close)
3. Open app again, 3-4 photos/videos start uploading than it stops and there is no progress on the rest of the queue.
4. Close the app again for 2-3 seconds, reopen and again 3-4 photos/videos start uploading that it stops again.
5. Sometimes leaving the app and opening it again doesn't start the upload so I have to do it 2-3 times.

Expected behaviour

To upload all the queue of photos/videos when I open the app.

Does not upload all the queue, sometimes it uploads 3-4, sometimes 10-15 and than stops for some reason with many more left in the queue.

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

To fix the problem.

Server operating system: : Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Web server: : Apache

Database: : MySQL

PHP version: : PHP 8.2

Nextcloud version: [Nextcloud Hub 8] (29.0.5)

This issue has been ongoing with multiple versions of the iOS App and Nextcloud server.
