Upload does not send to correct subfolders anymore

Description
Steps to reproduce
- Auto upload: set a folder and choose by month
- got to upload by pressing the plis icon
- check use subfolders
- Ignores tge setting and uploads to Photos , not Photos\2024\07
- When autouploading files go to the correct subfolder, month settimg is only ignored in manual with both checkboxes checked
Expected behaviour
When uploading manually using the plis icon and having both checkboxes checked it should go to Photos\2024*month* as in autoupload like it used to
