Description
A similar issue was previously reported in 2021 : https://github.com/nextcloud/ios/issues/1524
It was reported as fixed.
iOS version : 17.3.1
iOS Nextcloud app version : 5.2.7.0
Nextcloud server version : 29.0.0 for unRaid (recently updated, issue was already there before updating from 27).
While in the Media tab and after selecting the desired pictures folder with ''Set Media folder'', pictures initially all show up, but progressively disappear as the Media tab seems to refresh every few seconds, until all photos are gone. To be clear, files are not deleted. If I go through the Files tab in that same folder, all the pictures are still there.
The bug does not manifest if using the main folder as the media folder (photos), only when selecting a subfolder of the photos folder (photos/bob or photos/jane)
I should also specify that in my case, the Photos folder used as a Media folder is a Group Folder.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Media tab refresh with a selected subfolder such as photos/bob or photos/jane, comparing it with the main photos folder and the Files tab. Inspect the iOS Media tab handling for subfolders and Group Folders. Done means photos remain visible after repeated refreshes without being deleted.
