Description

In a previous version, app has been configured to require touchid to unlock and was working as expected.
At some point, unlocking did not work anymore. app seems to freeze (previously) and in latest release, "failed attempts. please wait. (60 sec counter)". And now back to freeze on pass/pin screen after touchid request.
fallback to password does not work.
It does not seem possible to unconfigure this setting without removing the app (and data, I suppose). don't see an option to disable touchid from global settings > nextcloud.

Tested on ipad
version 5.2.4.2-5.2.7.0 (ios 17.4.1)

believe happens between two to four weeks.
Strangely, sharing to nextcloud app works with touchid unlock. but else nextcloud app not usable at all.

How to debug or disable feature?

Thanks

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the TouchID unlock and password-fallback behavior on an iPad running iOS 17.4.1 with the reported app versions. Done means the app can unlock reliably and provides a way to disable TouchID without removing app data.
