Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the failure in the iOS app with the bracketed IPv6 URL on the stated iOS, Nextcloud app, Ubuntu, Apache, PHP, and MySQL versions, then compare with Android and Chrome on iOS. Done means the iOS app discovers the server and permits login over IPv6.
