Please bring back horizontal PDF viewing (4.4.0.18)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open PDF, ribbon is taking real estate on the right that can't seem to be remove #2021
2. And all PDFs are vertical scrolling now

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen.
User should be able to select having a "book" viewing experience where right swiping is possible. The version before this, this action was possible

Actual behaviour

Tell was what instead happens.
User can only vertical scroll, and can't remove the ribbon

Start by reproducing the issue in the iOS app using the reported version and steps, checking PDF scrolling and whether the ribbon can be removed. Compare the behavior with the previous version if available; done means users can choose a book-like horizontal viewing mode and remove the ribbon.
