Research direction
No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the issue on an iPad in landscape mode using the listed steps, then trace the Create text document filename-renaming screen and its keyboard/layout handling. Done means the text input remains visible while typing in landscape mode, with appropriate regression coverage if the project provides it.
