Description
I store my Swift playgrounds files in Nextcloud and I noticed that when I modified an existing playground I had copied to my Nextcloud that the recents section of files became cluttered with swift files, rather than just showing just that the package had been modified like iCloud Drive does.

Research direction
No files or tests are identified in the report. Reproduce the issue by storing and modifying a Swift playground in Nextcloud, then inspect the iOS Files provider handling of Recents; done means the .swiftpm package appears as one modified item rather than its individual Swift files.
