Move and copy documents - Occasionally app crashes when moving files (into new folder?)

Actions Performed

User logged in
User has uploaded multiple files (various file types - office documents, images, audio, video etc.)
User has created multiple folders and sub-folders
The files are spread across the folders and subfolders

1. Go to Documents
2. Change the sorting order of the files
3. Create a new folder (Tap plus-button from bottom bar, then tap "Order erstellen" / Create folder - name the folder and create it)
4. Now select a big bunch of files (various file types) and also some folders
5. Tap 3-dot-button upper right corner
6. Tap "Dateien verschieben oder kopieren" / "Move or copy files" on overflow menu
7. Target - select the newly created folder
8. Move or copy the files

Expected Result
That the app moves the files without crash or technical problems.

Actual Result
Occasionally, the app crashes during this process. This does not happen every time. Even if I select the same bunch of files another time and move it to a different location, app may not crash this time. However, it was regularly reproducible, that the app crashes from time to time during this process. Also on good hardware (iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 15.2)
This crash event seems more likely if the target for the moving process is a newly created folder. Apart from that, I don't see a 100% clear and concrete trigger for this crash event, unfortunately.

Start by reproducing the documented Documents workflow on iOS: sort files, create a folder, select many files and folders, then move or copy them into the new folder. Compare repeated attempts and verify that moving the selection completes without an app crash or other technical problem.
