Metadata data deleted from uploaded images

Steps to reproduce

1. Add caption to a photo (live or jpeg) in photos.app of iOS by pressing on the (i) icon and pulling the picture up
2. Upload the photo via Nextcloud iOS app to a folder of your choice
3. Check the uploaded file in a software with metadata capability and realize, that the IPTC metdadata (like caption or title) have been deleted

Expected behaviour

No deletion of any metadata from uploaded files

Note: The expected behavior does occur when the upload happens directly from the photos.app of iOS via the integrated share option - this is not the preferred method, since it requires manual navigation to the desired folder instead of using automatic upload or choosing a Favorite via the Nextcloud app.

Actual behaviour

1. As mentioned in the steps to replicate, IPTC data gets deleted.
2. This affects manual and automatic uploads via the app
3. It is is not depending on the compatibility settings ("Maximum compatibility" or "Live Photo" - the behavior is the same no matter what)

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

It seems to have been working before and there is no user intention of having metadata deleted.

Start by reproducing the upload through the Nextcloud iOS app using a photo with IPTC caption or title metadata, then compare it with the Photos.app share upload that preserves the metadata. Trace the manual and automatic upload flows and verify that compatibility settings do not change the result. Done means uploaded images retain their IPTC metadata.
