Media - Entered filename isn’t applied correctly to new video

Actions Performed

1. Open the app.
2. Login with a valid account.
3. Tap on the + icon and then on „Upload Photos or Videos“.
4. Tap on the camera icon and record a short video.
5. Tap „Use“.
6. Tap on „Done“.
7. Deactivate the switch „Maintain original filename“.
8. Enter a short clear name into the name field.
9. Tap on „Save“.
10. Open the tab „Files“ and check the file name.

Expected Result
The file name is displayed exactly like it was entered before.

Actual Result
The file name is not exactly like entered before. A number suffix was added after the name. Sometimes the applied file names are composed strangely with the entered name added in between another file name (the entered string „Test“ resulted in applied file name „VideoTes.movt0145.mov“).
