Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. Select a photo from some folder in Nextcloud
  2. Try to download the photo to an album
  3. See error message
Expected behaviour

The photo should be downloaded into Photos.

Actual behaviour

An error message occurs saying that I should grant access to Photos in the settings. However, there is no such option in the settings for the Nextcloud App or the system settings for Nextcloud. The Nexcloud app is granted full access to Photos. I am, however, able to "Share" a photo from the Files-App integration so that it appears in Photos.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the download-to-album flow described in the issue on the Nextcloud iOS app, checking the Photos permission state and the difference from Files-App sharing. Done means a photo can be downloaded into Photos without an incorrect request to grant access when full Photos access is already enabled.
