Open Document Format files can' t be opened/edited anymore on iOS/iPadOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Start iOS Nectcloud client on an iPad
2. Navigate to an ODF file
3. try to open it

Expected behaviour

The document should be opened as usual.

Actual behaviour

If the file has been accessed prior to the last iOS client update, an information page about the size of the document is displayed.
If it's the first time the document is accessed, then I get a selection of iOS apps to share it, to copy it, to add tags or to save it.
Document in native Microsoft Office format are loaded without any issues.
The document handling on the Android Nextcloud client app or via web interface behaves as expected.

iOS version: iPadOS 14.7.1

Nextcloud iOS app version: Nextcloud Liquid for iOS V4.0.5.8

Server operating system: Debian Testing (11, Bullseye)

Web server: NGINX V1.21.1

Database: MariaDB V10.5.10

PHP version: PHP V8.0.8

Nextcloud version: Nextcloud V21.0.2.1

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the ODF-opening failure on iPadOS 14.7.1 with Nextcloud iOS 4.0.5.8, then trace the iOS document-opening flow; done means ODF files open as before while native Microsoft Office files continue to work.
