Research direction
The issue names no repository file, test, or code entry point. Start by reproducing the first-run prompt in Xcode 12.4 with a free developer account and inspect the embedded binary and parent app signing certificates. Done means the signing configuration no longer reports the embedded binary as “Not Code Signed”.
