Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. Enabling AutoUpload - and clicking to use wi-fi only
  2. Be connected to wifi and start upload
  3. Walk away from wifi connection and have data take over
Expected behaviour

AutoUpload should pause any transfers and wait for connection

Actual behaviour

AutoUpload continued with transfers using a massive amount of data

Reason to correct outcome

Please correct this issue as can cost users data charges of large amounts

**Nextcloud iOS app version: 3.4.2.0

**Server operating system: Raspbian

**NextCloud Server Version: 20.0.8
