Expected behaviour - dot txt files open with text editor
Actual behaviour - with openoffice installed dot txt files open with openoffice but fail, require as many as 3 force close before finally opening with text editor, unreasonable to rename every text file with md extension

App version - all
Server configuration - centos 7

Web server: - apache

Database:

PHP version: - 7

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) - 20. +
