Description
When you have many pictures in your cloud it's hard to scroll all the way down if you're looking for a particular month / year. A "quick jump" button would be nice where you can select year and month to jump to ... could be i.e. a calendar view which pops up then.

Research direction
Start by locating the media view entry point and reviewing how pictures are currently browsed by date. The issue names no files or tests, so first identify the relevant view and any existing date navigation before deciding how the month/year selection should fit. Done means users can jump to a selected month and year without scrolling through the entire collection.
