Expected behaviour
When mobile or wifi connection is lost and the app is closed for some reason, when connection is reestablished and the iOS app is opened up again it should restart uploading process.
Actual behaviour

Steps to reproduce
Take a photo. Open iOS app and wait until new photos are recognized. Wait until upload starts. Disconnect mobile or wifi connection during upload and close the app. Reestablish the connection, open the app again and have a look in transfer dialog. Files are not shown anymore.

Research direction
Reproduce the interrupted upload on the iOS app using the listed steps: start an upload, disconnect Wi-Fi or mobile data, close the app, reconnect, and reopen it. Trace how items appear in the transfer dialog before and after relaunch. Done means interrupted photos and videos remain available in the transfer dialog and resume uploading after the connection returns.
