Expected behaviour
autoupload is not affected by changing iOS Time Format
Actual behaviour
changing iOS 24-Hour Time setting (On to Off) leads to autoupload re-uploading
Steps to reproduce
set "General" > "Date & Time" > "24-Hour Time" to On
set up autoupload wait till it's all synced, turn off 24-Hour Time setting
reopen nextcloud-ios-app
-> detects new files, starts uploading again (idk yet if files get overwritten or what exactly happens)
