Description
Expected behaviour
Only actually changed files are downloaded on sync.
Actual behaviour
Some files—one specific file—keeps getting downloaded on every sync despite not having been changed, despite no other device that might modify that file having been used between the syncs. It also does not show up under Activity.
I used to have one specific file being downloaded always. I deleted it. Now another file has started being synced always. Only by the iOS app, not the desktop client.
