Description

In settings I can see "end-to-end ecnryption", but clicking on it shows "end-to-end encryption not available".
We have a capability for this, so this entire setting should only be shown if the app is enabled on server.

Research direction

Start by locating the settings screen entry for end-to-end encryption and the existing server capability check. Verify the setting is hidden when the app is unavailable on the server and remains visible when the capability is enabled, then run the relevant iOS tests if available.
