After I edit a tex file with Overview, it would be great to be able to update the local copy.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. First clarify how Overview editing should identify the original Nextcloud file and handle saving or conflicts, then inspect the integration's existing file-opening flow; done means an edited TeX file can be saved back to its local Nextcloud copy.
