Import is not working after app install

After the installation and configuration of the application in Nextcloud 30.0.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the application in Nextcloud 30.0.2
2. Perform the configuration of the application
3. Authenticate the application
4. Select Import Dropbox on the data migration page

Expected behaviour

Nextcloud should start importing the files from Dropbox

Actual behaviour

0 files imported
Dropbox import process will begin soon
An error occured during the import: {error}

Web server: Apache/Nginx

Database: MariaDB version "10.5.26-MariaDB-ubu2004" mysql Version: 10.5.26

PHP version: 8.2.22

Nextcloud version: [Nextcloud Hub 9] (30.0.2)

If you have access to your command line run e.g.:
sudo -u www-data php occ app:list
from within your Nextcloud installation folder

If you have access to your command line run e.g.:
sudo -u www-data php occ config:list system
from within your Nextcloud installation folder

Reproduce the issue on Nextcloud 30.0.2 by installing and configuring the application, authenticating, and selecting Import Dropbox. Start by collecting the missing application, browser, and server logs, then trace the reported import error; done means the Dropbox import starts and files are imported instead of showing the placeholder error.
