[Bug]: Password App items are not shareable when Guest App is enabled.

Bug description

After enabling Guest App on 32.0.2 Password App items are no longer shareable

Steps to reproduce

1. Install/Enable Password App - Add some example entries - share with a test user
2. Install/Enable Guest App - Attempt to share password in Passwords App
3. Fails with Error "Unable to complete request"

Expected behavior

Should be able to share passwords with other internal users as was prior to Install/Enable of Guest App
Upon disabling Guest App, password sharing works again
