Description
Feature request
Nextcloud Version: Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.7 Enterprise)
Current state
When I start a new collaboration project I create the Nextcloud team in the contacts app first, and then add the resources.
When I want to add currently unregistered guest-users to the collaboration projekt I need to first share a file or folder with them to start the "Invite Guest" process. Then I need to remove the share and can add them to the team.
Improved state
I would be happy, if the "Invite Guest" process could be initiated from within the Team-Member dialog directly because this seems to me as an easier / more straight forward workflow.
If it is easy to implement inviting guests from the Deck-App share dialog would also be useful for the use-cases of our university.

Research direction
Start by locating the team-member dialog and the existing Invite Guest flow in the guests app. Trace how the current file or folder sharing workflow initiates invitations, then make that process available from the team-member dialog; treat Deck-App support as a separate consideration because the issue does not define its implementation or tests.
