Description

Discussion started in nextcloud forum:

I think a nice feature would be to be able to change a regular folder into a group folder.

At the moment I have to create a new folder, move all data into it and then delete the old folder (that is automatically renamed to folder_1)

Research direction

No source files or tests are named in the issue. Start by reviewing the linked Nextcloud forum discussion and the existing group-folder behavior; determine the requirements for converting in both directions without recreating or renaming the folder. Done means a regular folder can become a group folder and a group folder can become regular while preserving its data.
