Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of having a "Group folders" classic name, make it possible to have a more "organisation specific" name (or in other words, make it possible to give the root a name like any orther folder).

Ex. in a school : "School Folders (read only)"
Ex. in a company : "Company Documentation"

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how the Group folders root label is stored and rendered, then trace the administrator configuration and client-facing display; done means an administrator can set one organization-specific name and it appears consistently wherever the root is shown.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
