Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In our organization we have multiple person-groups, which should administrate different group folders. The feature 'admin delegation' can be used, but each group should not administrate the group folders of other person-groups.
e.g. person-group A should administrate group folders 'X1' and 'X2' and person-group B should administrate group folders 'X3' and 'X4'.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a setting (in the admin delegation page?), where the person-groups can be assigned to (a set of) group folders or
there is a setting (in the admin delegation page?), where the person-groups could be defined and newly created group folders are assigned to the person-group.

Research direction

Start with the admin delegation page and document how person-groups and group folders are currently related. Define the assignment behavior for existing folders and the rule for newly created folders, then verify that each person-group can administer only its assigned folders.
