Steps to reproduce
  1. Create group (e.g. "Shipping Department")
  2. Create group folder associated with group from Step 1 (e.g. "Shipping")
  3. Grant TWO "Shipping Department" users admin privileges for the group.
  4. Attempt to share a file or folder within the "Shipping" folder.
Expected behaviour

Users who are group admins should be allowed to share folders and files within the group folder willy nilly - but in accordance with the overall instance's sharing policy.

Actual behaviour

One of the users is unable to share - the share option is greyed out with the words "Resharing is not allowed" (I have checked my global Nextcloud sharing settings - the "Allow resharing" checkbox is checked).

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: Fresh install (originally installed as 19.0.3)

...nextcloud.com? That is to say, I got the tarball from there and installed it on my server per the documentation...
