Description
the AND operator (or may be xxxx +yyyy) as mentioned here
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/query-dsl-query-string-query.html#query-string-syntax
should return only results matching both criteria
currently it works like an OR operator.
