Description
Hi,
I'm doing some testes with NC 21.0.1 and encryption with master key disabled.
If a file is uplodaded to a shared folder that is shared to an email address the file is indexed correctly, but if the folder is shared only to NC users/groups i have the error bellow.:
Exception: Can not decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file. Please ask the file owner to reshare the file with you.
Message: Error while getting file content
Elasticsearch: 7.12.1
Ubuntu 20LTS
PHP8
This is a expected behaviour?
Thank you,
Wilson

Research direction
Reproduce the report with Nextcloud 21.0.1, master key encryption disabled, an NC user or group share, and Elasticsearch 7.12.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 with PHP 8. Determine whether indexing the shared file is expected to succeed or whether the decryption error is intended; the issue provides no source files or tests to inspect.
