Research direction
No source files or tests are identified. Start by reproducing the issue with Nextcloud 17.0.3, fulltextsearch 1.3.8, and OcSms 2.1.6, then trace loading of OCA\OcSms\Provider\FullTextSearchProvider from the reported error. Done means enabling both apps no longer produces the provider-resolution error in the logs.
