I would like to add a picture to the header, so the form would look nicer.

Ability to add picture to the header.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not using pictures and the forms look dull.

Additional context
We use them also for applying for our workshops and forms would look nicer if we could add pictures in header on in background.
