Description

Nextcloud (please complete the following information):

  • Nextcloud-Version: Hub 20
  • Forms-Version: 2.2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you have a lot of forms and create more regularly, they get cluttered in there.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like one or more tools for organizing forms. Two that come to mind are tags and folders.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At present you can include a keyword in the form name and use the browser's link search to find forms by keyword.

Additional context
See also #833 for more context about my use case. In short, I create new forms regularly and would like to browse forms related to some particular topic.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing issue #833 and the current forms collection behavior, then define whether tags, folders, or both are in scope and verify that users can browse forms by topic without relying on names or browser search.
