Description

Nextcloud (please complete the following information):

  • Nextcloud-Version: latest
  • Forms-Version: latest

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No ability to hide forms shared with me as part of "all users on the server".

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to hide or discard forms otherwise visible in Shared with you

Describe alternatives you've considered
None, the forms build up on the server due to Permit access to all logged in accounts

Additional context
As-is, users can "form bomb" the server by making their forms available to all logged in accounts. They are building up over time due to large user base, but occasionally it is confusing to sift through them. Paper cut issue.

Thanks either way for considering ❤

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the frontend entry point that renders the "Shared with you" list and trace how forms shared with all logged-in accounts are represented. Done means users can hide or discard those forms from the list without ambiguity; verify the behavior against the issue's shared-form scenario.
