Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have a type of question that is answered by selecting a user (or multiple users) of the given Nextcloud installation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
It is, of course, possible to simply use a text field, but that often leads to ambiguity and just doesn't look as good.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing how existing question types are implemented and how Nextcloud users can be selected, then clarify the intended single- and multi-user behavior with maintainers before scoping the UI, integration, and tests.
